Registration charges include all conference material, coffee breaks, lunches, reception with Pizza Dinner on the evening of October 10, and conference banquet on the evening of October 11.<\/p>\n

Applicants for the Young Researcher Award should register only after a decision has been made on their application.<\/p>\n

Delegates (particularly from foreign countries) who want to pay by check should follow the instructions provided at the online registration link.<\/p>\n
